We maintain a 99.99% uptime SLA. In the rare event of downtime, our team responds within minutes. Enterprise customers receive automatic compensation per our SLA agreement.

You can download or restore from backups anytime from your control panel. Automatic daily backups are kept for 7 days, and you can create unlimited manual backups. Restoration typically completes within minutes.

No! All our plans include unlimited bandwidth and traffic. You'll never be throttled or charged overage fees regardless of your server's traffic.

♻️ What happens after my billing period ends?

Your subscription does NOT renew automatically. You must manually renew to continue using your server. If your subscription expires, your server remains accessible for 7 days. We keep backups for 30 days after expiration so you can download your data.
